No, we are out-of-network providers. We will provide the necessary paperwork in the form of a superbill, upon request, in order for clients to submit to their insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note this only applies to counseling services.

At Callie Co. Counseling, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure fairness and respect for our time, we have implemented the following policy:

• Cancellation: Clients must cancel their appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be considered late, and clients will be charged the full session fee with no refund.

• Missed Appointments: If a client fails to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered missed, and they will be responsible for the full session fee with no refund.

• Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to their session will forfeit the appointment, and the session will be canceled. In this case, clients will be responsible for the full session fee, with no refund provided.
